St Joseph’s NS, Hacketstown will be accepting applications for students wishing to enrol in September 2026 from the 6th October 2025 until 3pm on the 24th October, 2025. To apply to enrol your child into St Joseph’s NS, please download and complete the form below “Enrolment Form” and submit it to St. Joseph’s NS, Hacketstown, Co. Carlow with a copy of the child’s birth certificate or email to office@hns.ie. Parents will receive confirmation of a place no later than 14th November 2025.

Enrolment Form Junior Infants

Once you have submitted your enrolment form and your child is accepted into the school you will be invited with your child to attend an induction afternoon where you will meet the Principal, Ms. Byrne and the Junior Infants teacher. Children will be introduced to the classroom environment and meet their fellow classmates.  Parents will be provided with all the necessary information required to ensure their child’s journey starting school is as seamless as possible.

Please see the application form below if you wish to apply for a place for your child in a class for children with autism for the 2026-2027 school year. All dates are the same as those applying for a place in Junior Infants as outlined above.
